We are seeking a bilingual Interpreter cum Sales Assistant to facilitate effective communication between our Vietnamese clients and Japanese staff, and assist in various sales and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business activities, managing product-related processes, and ensuring smooth execution of import/export operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation and translation support between Vietnamese clients/suppliers and Japanese staff to ensure clear and accurate communication.
- Conduct market research to gather data on product pricing, prepare accurate quotations, and manage product documentation throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle import and export operations, including preparation and management of necessary documentation.
- Perform on-site dimensional inspections and oversee the management of fabrication during construction periods.
- Participate in design and client inspections prior to the completion of construction projects.
- Travel within Vietnam as required to meet business needs and support project execution.
