We are seeking a Interpreter to facilitate effective communication between on-site workers and Japanese management within our factory setting. The candidate will possess strong linguistic abilities and a keen understanding of cultural nuances to ensure seamless interaction and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Interpretation between on-site workers and Japanese management.
- Documentation and translation of related work.
- Assist with other related work.
- Graduation: University or Japanese language school.
- Required: JLPT N2 or N3 certification, interpreting experience, (for N3 certification, experience working in Japan).
- Work hard and be willing to learn new knowledge, especially technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to agree with the Japanese company's way of thinking.
- Preferred: JLPT N2 certification, work experience at a manufacturing company is plus.
