We are seeking a IT Comtor to act as a bridge between our Japanese representatives and Vietnamese coder team. The candidate will have strong bilingual communication skills in Japanese and Vietnamese, and a solid understanding of IT development terminology. This role involves confirming and translating specifications, facilitating effective communication, and organizing the workflow of the coder team.

Responsibilities:

- Confirming specifications and making proposals through conversations/chats with Japanese representatives.
- Explaining/translating specifications to the Vietnamese coder team leader.
- Understanding and interpreting/translating QA using IT development terminology.
- Organizing the workflow of the coder team (creating manuals).

- Fluency in both spoken and written Japanese, able to converse with the Japanese development team.
- Ability to read and write Japanese at a level that can understand specifications created by Japanese engineers and translate them so that Vietnamese development members can understand Note: For Vietnamese applicants, JLPT N2 or higher is recommended.
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT communicator.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
