- Interaction with HN head office IT department, group companies, IT service vendors, and communication with group companies and IT service vendors regarding various projects/issues/contracts.
- IT help desk, network monitoring and maintenance.
- General RPA operations, including document creation/development incorporating user requests and RPA promotion activities.

- Age: 40 years old or older.
- Japanese N2~N1 level -Experience in promoting projects in Japanese companies.
- Knowledge of internal network systems.
- High respect for regulatory compliance and code of ethics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.

* Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IT helpdesk preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational company is a plus.
- Interest and experience in IT security measures.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, servers, networks, firewalls and SAP ERP.
