We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at a company specializing in security systems and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining IT systems, LAN, wireless networks, and VPNs to ensure seamless communication across various locations. This role involves providing technical support, implementing security measures, and managing IT equipment databases.

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for the following tasks at a company that provide security systems and services.
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT systems, LAN, wireless networks and VPN for ensuring seamless communication across different locations.
- Create statistical database of IT equipment/ PCs/ Laptops in the office.
- Give technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
- Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Perform other tasks related to the scope of information technology within the Company.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

<Work Overviews>
- IT systems.
- Hardware devices: PC, laptop, printer, LAN, Internet, fax, scanner.
- Software applications, cloud applications, networks, servers, Microsoft infrastructure and security components.

- IT infrastructure management, network design and administration, and security protocol: Above 3 years.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Knowledge of computer networks, network equipment and office equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
- English: proficiency both in verbal and written communication.
- Experience in working in IT Security & Risk Management projects is desirable.
