IT Administration is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT systems to ensure stable and secure operations. The role includes supporting users, managing hardware, software, and networks.
* Responsibilities:
- Active Directory management.
- Hardware and Software management.
- Network management.
- Microsoft Office 365 and its components.
- Automation tool.
- Remote support tool ( Ultraview, Teamview, Anydesk,… )
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: From 1 - 2 YOE+ or as an IT admin/helpdesk, knowledge and experience of SAP
- English: Intermediate or above (communicate with Japanese Manager and Headquarters)
- Acceptance of business trips to the group of companies (not frequently) and branch offices in Vietnam (currently only Ha Noi, but may have more branches in the future).
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot Printing issues on the client and server.
- Understanding of enterprise security remediation and patch management.
- Strong in PC hardware troubleshooting/repair, preferably on the Dell and Lenovo platform.
- Good understanding/diagnosis of problems of common web browsers: Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer
