The ISO Personnel is responsible for ensuring the organization meets ISO certification standards. This role involves preparing internal regulations, conducting audits, and communicating with relevant parties to maintain compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and organizing internal regulations for certification acquisition.
- Conducting internal audits.
- Communicating with relevant parties and reporting.
Note: On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided for at least the first six months.
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or above.
- Open to all academic backgrounds.
- Experience in ISO-related certification processes (such as obtaining certifications and handling audits).
- Experience with IATF is a plus.
- Age: Up to 40 years old (We are seeking candidates with the potential to become future management within the next 10 years)
- Work location: Bien Hoa City – candidates who can commute on their own are preferred.
