Japanese company recruiting Sales Assistant
- Compose and follow up a general contract, sales/purchase/service contract with Suppliers and Customers.
- Receive PO from Customer (Oversea and domestic) and confirm the delivery schedule.
- Compose and send shipping document (Invoice, packing list, ABW, Delivery order, Red invoice…) to Customers.
- Manage inventory and calculate buying schedule.
- Issue PO to Suppliers (Oversea and domestic), follow shipping schedule and check shipping document (Invoice, packing list, ABW, Delivery order, Red invoice…) and buy insurance for cargoes.
- Handle the customs procedure for importing and exporting products.
- Control buying and selling costs.
- Make monthly report for Selling- Buying- gross profit- net profit.
- Handle and follow up all the claims, investigation of the customer; claim damage to Insurance companies.
- Other works under the assignation of Manager and Director.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Import-Export (working experience in trading company is an advantage).
- Have knowledge of HS code and law of import- export.
- Fluent in English.
- Good skill at Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint, …)
- Good communication, Careful, patient, responsible, active in work.
