- Payroll Calculation（Excel.
- PTI calculation and declaration.
- Calculation of dependents.
- Catching up on labor laws and other information.
- Social insurance calculations and procedures.

- Able to communicate in English or Japanese.
- Experience in payroll (1,000 employees is desirable).
- Familiarity with labor laws.
- At least 5 years of experience in the human resources field.
- Experience in a leadership position or above.
