The Human Resources & General Affairs Specialist is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This role requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail to support both local and foreign employees.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, courier services, business travel arrangements, and social insurance matters.
- Support for Foreign Employees: Assist with work visas, residence card procedures, relocation, and apartment arrangements for foreign employees.
- Human Resources: Oversee attendance management, handle onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
