We are seeking a General Affairs and Human Resources Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible including managing payroll, overseeing labor relations, administering employee welfare programs, managing company equipment, organizing company events.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Vietnamese manager to manage general and personnel affairs effectively.
- Conduct negotiations and handle procedures with various government offices to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll processing accurately and timely.
- Oversee labor management including monitoring of employee hours, leaves, and other pertinent details.
- Administer employee welfare programs and benefits.
- Handle the management of company equipment and facilities.
- Organize and coordinate company events and activities.
- Develop and implement disaster prevention plans.
- Provide interpretation services as needed and manage contractual documents.
