The General Affairs and Human Resources Leader will play a pivotal role in supporting the Japanese President by performing essential administrative duties. This position requires a proactive and organized professional who can efficiently manage HR functions, general affairs, and coordinate with external accounting services.
Responsibilities:
1. HR:
- Hiring workers (final decision by president, liaise with recruitment agency for key positions).
- Entry and exit procedures (including background checks, employment contract preparation, personnel transfers, and submission of documents to authorities regarding various insurances).
- Employee attendance management.
- Responsible for the authorities in charge of salary payments and income tax payment consignments, etc.
2. General affairs:
- Contract management for vendors.
- Fixed asset management.
- Handling internal events.
- Liaison with industrial parks, etc.
3. Accounting:
- As accounting work is planned to be outsourced, you will be communicating with an accounting firm.
