Mô Tả Công Việc
- Monitoring of daily general affair activities in Head Office (settle working conditions, lease office and daily inter-action with Landlord, leasing vehicles, welcome guests, transportation, office purchasing, payment,).
- Monitoring of business trip of domestic and oversea (Visa, Air Ticket, Travel Insurance, Hotel,
Transportation...).
- Assisting for JP expats’ package: leasing apartment, medical package, Visa, Work Permit, Resident Card, ...
- Monitoring Company’s asset, uniform, office insurance.
- Assisting for Customs Clearance of Imported Materials.
- Company’s activities (company trip, team building, social activities, parties, ...).
- IT help-desk coordinator.
- Assisting for setting up Project/Site Offices with Other Offices/Site Offices.
*HR
- Monitoring of day-to-day HR activities of the Company.
- Monthly Pay Roll, Pay Slip, SHUI and Labor Report.
- Control staffs’ timesheet, attendance, leave application.
- Control staffs’ welfare according to Labor Law and Company’s regulation.
- Assisting for hiring, terminating and disciplinary process.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduated in relating fields and basic understanding VN Labor Law.
- Over 3-5 years working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Multitask & high flexibility.
- Skilled at Presentation & problem solving.
- Positive thinking & self-motivation.
- Good English in communication and writing.
