Mô tả công việc

- Arrange Hotel, air ticket, and car schedule.
- Answer & direct phone calls.
- Support simple accounting.
- Order office stationaries.
- Handle the administrative request and queries from the Japanese Manager.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, transfer incoming calls or taking message in a professional manner.
- Receive, dispatch documents/ letters and control mail/express delivery service.
- Manage meeting room booking and re-arrange rooms if necessary; keep meeting room in order and tidy.
- Maintain/ control office machines and bulletin board
- Monitor phone and hand-phone expenses monthly
- Manage office security, office cleaning, office decoration and general office hygiene and environment
- Prepare documents ( Visa, Work permit, residence card) for Expats.
- Check daily attendance of HCM office staff.
- Attend as an active member of committee for big activities such as Year-end party, Company trip, ect

Yêu cầu công việc

- Japanese N2 level.
- English (Can Write and Read).
- Experience administrative work.
- Email, Word, Excel, Power point skills.
- Graduate university.
