- Participate in architecture and software development activities.
- Lead developer team and report to Tech manager.
- Design and deploy company’s web-based and mobile products on development & production environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues to address technical commitments and maintain system sustainability.
- Collaborate with team members to tackle complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problems.
- Able to work with a team of business people; understand business model and business operations.
- Manage outsourcing activities if required.

● Experience & knowledge
- At least 5 years experience working in the IT industry as software developers.
- At least 3+ years of experience mentoring and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles.
- Strong knowledge of web service development (GraphQL/RESTful).
- Strong knowledge of Linux, web application deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application development – especially Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven experience in architecture, design, and delivery of data-intensive applications.

● Detailed technical skills
- Strong knowledge of Vue 3, familiar with Nuxt 3 is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Typescript, familiar with NestJS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL, familiar with PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Proven experience in builds and operation application in container-based infrastructure, specially Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hand-on experience in developing products on Google Firebase.

● Nice to have
- Experience in GitOps workflow experience.
- Experience in Mobile app development, especially Flutter.
