3. Trouble shooting of our products for our customers.
- Communicating with our customers by E-mail and Tele-conversation.
- Visiting our customers to check the situations of the troubles, then reporting.
- Instruction of operation, assembling and disassembling method to our customers to inspect details of troubles.
4. Support supervisors when they visit customers for business meetings, installation and modification jobs.
- Communicating with our customers and local workers at site.
- Support of work permit applications, process to entering our customers and arrangements of pickup and hotel bookings for our supervisors.
- Language support by oral and translating documents to report results of installation and modification projects.
5. The sales and marketing tasks covering supporting sales promotion, including
- Communicating with customers by E-mail and Tele-conversation, and reporting back to Global Marketing Department.
