We are seeking an Engineering Manager member to join our team. The candidate will possess exceptional team management skills and a keen eye for designing equipment that boosts productivity and reduces costs.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in precision mechanical processing techniques, know how to operate mechanical machines, semi-automatic machines, automatic machines.
- Kaizen equipment from mechanical machinery to automated machinery.
- Design equipment, machines for supporting production to increase productivity and reduce cost.
- Have team management skills.
- Other tasks as requested by superiors.

- Working experience: at manufacturing factory in Engineering field.
- Have knowledge in improving or kaizen mechanical machinery.
- Proficient in technical drawing software.
- Planning, cost and resource management skills.
- Organize work well, have plans and the ability to manage work progress.

* Preferred Skills:
- Language: English or Japanese (preferred).
- Male.
- Majors: Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Automation or relevant fields.
