The Development Center Engineer leads and manages projects to improve production and boost efficiency. Key duties include working with customers, overseeing development, and guiding projects. The role also involves coordinating with teams to apply advanced manufacturing methods, control builds, optimize processes, analyze failures, test reliability, and manage materials.

2. Development management Correspondence:
Development lead, initiative on themes related to functions shown as follows.
- AME: Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Implement cutting-edge technologies such as automation, robotics, and 3D printing to drive process improvements. Collaborate with design, quality, and process teams to integrate AME best practices for enhanced product quality and manufacturability. Participate in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new equipment. Ensure optimal equipment performance by managing preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshooting complex issues. - Build control: build up and manage development build plan based on allocation, quantity, and build/shipping schedule from customer’s request.
- Process: Establish suitable process conditions and parameters through DOE, process related FACA, development build management. If you have ability, you can design jig/fixture/machine.
- FACA: Manage FA performance for failures occurred during development builds such as optical/mechanical/electrical related fails. Establish CA for each fail item with the other function teams and confirm the effectiveness.
- Reliability: Manage reliability evaluation per each engineering build, proceed with FACA for failures that occurred during reliability test, and follow up until issue is completely resolved.
- Material: Material management for all development builds for not only its quality but also incoming schedule, demand, and IQC; direct contact / negotiate with material vendors; follow up material-related FACA and improvements with vendors.
- Project management: manage entire development; control the above function teams and customer; Require responsibility for leading a project into success.
* Internal report and report to customer are required on all of the above development job functions.
* 1 project consists of around 20 persons and the above each function has 3-4 persons.
