We are seeking a Electrical Engineering Staff to join our team, focusing on the Vietnamese motorbike market. This role involves researching and developing electrical systems tailored to local environmental conditions and consumer habits.
Responsibilities:
- Researching environmental changes and user habits in the Vietnamese motorbike market to propose appropriate changes related to the motorbike electrical system.
- Researching and upgrading the electrical system for each motorbike model produced for the Vietnamese market to suit the consumer segment.
- Working closely with relevant departments in Vietnam and abroad to improve and enhance the durability of the electrical system in the Vietnamese environmental conditions, minimizing repair & maintenance time.
- Training and coaching factory staff in specialized fields (motorbike electrical systems) and suppliers to ensure that motorbikes are manufactured and maintained to the set standards by Group for each model distributed to Vietnamese market.
- Coordinate between experts in the engineering team in Vietnam and abroad to adjust and improve professional issues.
