- Daily monitoring whether the operation of all project going well through Direct subordinates based on annual operation plan.
- Inspect project periodically to find problem to prevent accidents .
- Supervise the project to improve our service quality.
- Coordinate with other divisions to solve the problems together.
- Report and suggest the measurement to Japanese director or Board of Directors.
- Training and education of Direct management position to raise their management skill.
