Mô tả công việc

You will work for a SaaS company and support customers in using the service effectively, focusing on onboarding, understanding usage, promoting continued use, and proposing additional features and services that match customer needs.

*Key Responsibilities:

- Support onboarding for new customers so they can start using the SaaS service smoothly, including explaining how to use the service and visiting customer sites, which may require business trips to northern regions.
- Understand customer usage status through user interviews.
- Promote continued use through regular check-ins, usage analysis, and improvement proposals.
- Support customer success by proposing upsell and cross-sell options such as additional functions and services that match customer needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least around 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or project management at a company handling intangible products, with a focus on solving customer issues.
- Ability to communicate in English.

- Ability to use Japanese (preferred).
- No resistance to using IT tools.
- Ability to analyze information.
- Resilient and able to communicate effectively.
- Experience managing a large number of customers.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business trips.
