The Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing sustainable practices within our supply chain. This position involves visiting factories to assess and support remediation progress and enhancing management systems.
Responsibilities:
- (CAPs), visiting factories to review remediation progress, and supporting implementation of management system.
- Support capacity building projects such as Better Work and SEDEX training, as well as the development of ASICS factory training resources, worker empowerment and supplier ownership programs.
- Assist in sustainability projects, including follow-up on Higg FEM adoption, data collection, implementation of improvement plans, and impact measurement.
- Contribute to special projects such as traceability initiatives, incident investigations, and promote Sound Mind Sound Body program into strategic suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with ethical sourcing practices across business functions.
- International travel required to Southeast Asian countries and Japan.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as law, policy, or human rights preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in ethical sourcing, corporate compliance, or governance, with auditing experience preferred.
(Expertise in the human rights field, with in-depth knowledge of labor, environmental, health, safety issues)
- Familiarity with SEDEX/SMETA would be advantageous
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage tight deadlines, and demonstrate crisis management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.
- Passionate about advocating for workers' rights and the benefits of ethical sourcing.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus.

- Visit factories and suppliers on a weekly basis, using company’s car.
