Mô tả công việc

- This position is expected to properly understand design and construction process in our condominium JV project with local partners and propose effective suggestions and solutions by utilizing knowledge and experience in architect field.
- The suggestions and solutions should be based on a viewpoint of "Developer" or "Order-side", NOT "Contractor" or "assigned Designer".
- Review design/construction control process and comments on them as an investor viewpoint.
- Review design drawings and support members to propose better designs for more attractive product.
- Visit construction site, check the quality control process and support  members to understand the practice and legal compliance and propose measures for improvement, if any.
- Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractors and actual amounts in the financial report.
- Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings, take meeting minutes and translate documents from Vietnamese to English.
- Other relevant tasks on request.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduate, degree in civil engineering.
- Experience: 5 - 10 years.
- Site engineering working experience as a MEP manager, developer or contractor.
- Knowledge and experience in quality control in constructing buildings (rather than factories), especially in MEP.
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring schedule of design and construction based on local practice and legal compliance.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- PC skills (CAD, Microsoft).
- Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas.
- Mostly work in the construction site office in dist 9, HCMC, business trips to Hanoi, if any.
