The Chief Accountant cum Admin Manager oversees the company’s finances and admin tasks. Key duties include handling payments, billing, inventory checks, receivables/payables, and managing purchase orders and VAT invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Payment of company.
- Prepare billing documents.
- Monthly inventory check and control.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable debt.
- Maintain purchase orders, PR and VAT invoices.
- Manage and Support accounting staff.
∟Accounting staff is responsible for restaurant accounting.
- Manage 2 HR/GA staff and report to Japanese manager.
∟HR/GA staff is responsible for payroll (use software FAST) and hiring
- Support HR/GA operations.
- Audit coordination: cooperation with external auditors during financial audits.
