The Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Monthly tasks
- Book monthly accounting book.
- Prepare monthly Financial Statements ( Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash Flow Statement, Summary of Project, Cost of Good Sold, Prepayment Expense, etc.)
- Manage receivable account, payable account.
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT tax declaration, statistics reports, Loan report (to the state Bank).
- Prepare and submit FDI report quarterly.
- Prepare FCT, Local tax report and payment when arising.
- Issue output VAT Invoice, collect all input VAT invoices to ensure they correspond with all purchase orders.
- Read through and give advice on terms which related to accounting/ tax/ invoice in Sales contract, Vender Contract, etc.
- Make payment documents, prepare bank transaction for operation expenses and project expenses.
- Checking Salary calculation, PIT and issues related to social insurance.
- Work with banks : open saving account, prepare required form (if any).
- Save and file accounting documents.
- Other accounting tasks as assigned.
2. Annual tasks:
- CIT Finalization.
- Audit Report.
- TP Report (if any)
