- Checking the Call Log.
- Teaching and training of team leaders.
- KPI management.
- Creation of Action Plans and review and implementation of improvement plans.
- Hourly Call status report.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports (in English) to the head office in Japan and reporting at meetings.
- Number of people managed: 50

Yêu cầu công việc

- Ability to pursue numbers, leadership and management skills.
- Understanding of CallCenter KPIs.
- Required language; English business level.
- Can understand Japanese.
