CEO Assistant & General Affairs is responsible for supporting the President with schedule management, translation, and interpretation, as well as handling general office operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Executive Assistant to the President
- Schedule coordination and management.
- Interpretation support (Japanese–Vietnamese) during internal and external meetings and visits.
- Translation of internal documents and emails (Japanese–Vietnamese)
2. General Affairs
- Management of office supplies and facilities.
- Support for labor-related tasks (attendance tracking, insurance procedures, etc.)
- General administrative support including business trip arrangements, guest reception, and phone handling.
