We are seeking a CAD Operator to join our team specializing in architectural hardware design for commercial facilities and factories. The candidate will work closely with our head office in Japan to create precise and innovative designs that meet our clients' specifications. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed CAD drawings and designs for architectural hardware, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the head office in Japan to understand design requests and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Maintain and update design documentation and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the project team in troubleshooting design-related issues and providing innovative solutions.

- Japanese N2 level (For reporting to Japanese supervisor).
- Ability to design with 2D CAD.
- Able to use Auto CAD.
- Working experience in Japan is plus. 
- Graduates with a degree in architecture is plus.
- Those who can use Revit is plus.
