Building Management Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the building, coordinating with contractors, internal teams, and tenants to ensure smooth facility management. The role includes handling tenant requests, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring all building services run efficiently and professionally.
* Responsibilities:
- Building management: Coordination with other contractors, operation team (Technical, Security, Cleaning) and with other interior construction supervision.
- Customer Service: Support Tenants after signing of Lease Agreement in terms of operation and facilities: Handover period, Parking & Tenant cards registration, receive and handle requests and concerns from tenants, collaborate with relevant internal departments (CM/ Leasing, etc.) until issue resolved and to the satisfaction of tenants promptly.
- Prepare & manage any necessary documents to ensure the smooth operation of the Building.
- Equipment management: Coordinate with subcontractors and maintenance/ inspection of electrical, air conditioning, and sanitary equipment.
- Attend to all building operation related meetings (Technical, Security, Cleaning).
- Follow up on tenants' fit-out works with Construction Management team.
- Support Accounting team in collecting rental, service charge and other necessary payments (if necessary).
- Other tasks as required by Building Management Manager from time to time. Resolve issue related to the buidling with relevant internal departments (BM/ CM etc.) until issue resolved.
