Site Engineer is responsible for planning and guiding on-site construction, ensuring work meets quality standards and designs. The role also includes reporting, inspections, and resolving minor repairs within a year after handover.

* Responsibilities:

- Preparation of work plans and work instructions, as well as providing on-site guidance.
- Site inspection, including quality control and verification against drawings.
- Preparation of reports using Microsoft Office (including photo documentation).
- Handling of minor repair work arising after the handover within the year.

- Bachelor's degree in related major.
- Over 4 years of experiences in site engineer in building construction management.
- Capable of preparing and managing work plans, instructions, and verifying completion checks.
- English(intermediate) for internal communication.
- Experience at Japanese general contractors, especially at major general contractors (super general contractors)
