The Building Management Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the building. This position involves collaborating with various teams and contractors to maintain high standards in building management, operations, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Building management: Work with Building Management team and support in preparing any necessary documents to ensure the smooth operation of the Building.
- Operation management: Coordination with operation team (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality control), contractors, and other interior construction supervision.
- Engineering management: Coordination with subcontractors for maintenance/inspection/renovation/repairing of electrical, mechanical, fire fighting, Plumpling, and other system.
- Attend all building operation-related meetings (Engineering, Security, Cleaning & others if required)
- Follow up on tenants' fit-out works with Construction Management team.
- Support Accounting team in collecting rental, service charge, and other necessary payments (if necessary).
- Other tasks as required by Manager of Building Management from time to time.
