We are seeking a BIM Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models of industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and collaborating effectively with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities:

- BIM design
- Examples: residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, factories, commercial buildings, etc.
* Details:
- Receives work from supervisor.
- Create 3D models of industrial works in accordance with technical standards.
- Software used: BIM (Revit), Autocad

- More than 1.5 years of experience in BIM (It has to be Revit).
- Junior college or university graduates.
- Both male and female is ok.

*Preferred Skills:
- The age: in their 20s.
- Japanese skill.
- willing to work in Japan for a few years in the future.
