The Bridge Project Manager connects Japanese clients with the Vietnamese development team. Handle client communication, gather requirements, and explain them to developers. The PM also manages project plans and team progress.
Responsibilities:
- Working as Project Manager between the Japanese client company and Vietnamese developer company.
- Communicate and negotiate directly with Japanese customers.
- Receive and analyze requirements for software development projects.
- Define requirements and prepare specifications.
- Communicate them to the development team in Vietnam.
- As a project manager (PM), develop plans and manage progress.
- Manage the development team.
- The development team may be an in-house team or an external vendor, depending on the project.
