We are seeking a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) to manage and facilitate development work for our Vietnamese subsidiary. This role involves overseeing project progress, supporting team members, and contributing to human resource development and business improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Management of development work for Vietnamese subsidiary
- Understand the contents of the specifications created by Japanese stakeholders and communicate them so that they can be understood smoothly.
- Create basic design (flowchart, UML, sequence diagram) of the overall picture of the system based on the contents decided in the requirements definition.
- Manage the progress of entrusted development projects.
- Review integration test item documents, conduct acceptance tests, and check quality.

2. Support for Vietnamese development members
- Understand the contents of questions/inquiries and answer in a way that is easy to understand.
- In cases where a decision cannot be made, organize the contents and consult with Japanese members to resolve the issue.
- Improvement activities to improve the productivity/quality/development operation rate/technical capabilities of the Vietnamese subsidiary.

3. Human resource development and business improvement
- In the future, we will train and train bridge engineers.
- In addition, we will make proposals to improve offshore development within the company.

■ Development environment
Development is carried out using Node.js for the server side and React and React Native for the front end.
- Basic design: Whimsical
- Source code management: Github
- Project management: Backlog
- Testing: Jest, Google sheets, GoogleAppScript
- CI: CircleCi
- Infrastructure: AWS, GCP
- System monitoring: NewRelic
- Internal communication: Slack

- Approximately 5 years of experience as a BrSE in the following areas:
- Have experience as a bridge engineer in offshore development.
- Have experience managing progress and quality control.
- Have experience creating basic designs and conducting tests.
*A specific IT language is not required.
- Japanese language proficiency N2 or higher.
