- This position is to develop software for customers in Japan.
- Join the full life cycle of software development, including, but not limited.
- Support and make sure the communication between Vietnam and Japan teams should be conducted smoothly.
- Communication ability to organize a team.
- Responsible for accurate communication with Japanese customers and understanding of project development requirements.
- Understanding the business customs and cultures of both Vietnam and Japan.
- High level of language ability that can be negotiated.
- Explaining plans to offshore site, explaining design documents to offshore site, checking deliverables, we also handle activities such as progress reports to Japan and meeting settings.
- To Support Project Manager’s task by Japanese Communication.
- In charge of Project Manager Role in small scale project (around 5 members).

1. Job Experience
- Must have software development experience: from Detail Design to Unit Test for Japanese customers.
- Have project management experience like progress management, project management, Quality management, as well as more than 1 year of experience managing a team of more than 5 members.

2. Technical skills
- Experience in developing business applications using programming languages such as Java / .NET / Swift / Python / or else.
- Experience in Development Processes in at least: Detail Design, Coding, and Unit Test.

3. Others:
- Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N2 or above)
- Can read and write Japanese documents.
