The Basic Process Senior Engineer is responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of technical documents provided by licensors to ensure optimal operational conditions. This role involves developing detailed process diagrams and performing critical calculations to support efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities:

- Research documents provided by licensors regarding operational conditions, material balance, energy balance, and basic technical parameters. Communicate with licensors to clarify unclear information.
- Develop auxiliary supply diagrams (UFD), process flow diagrams (PFD), and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
- Perform calculations for:
+ Material and energy balance
+ Pipe sizing for fluid transportation
+ Equipment sizing
+ Hydraulics to determine pump and fan head height
+ Heat transfer analysis
- Prepare technical data sheets for equipment, control devices, and pipeline accessories.
- Prepare technical data sheets for process systems.
- Procure process systems.
- Supervise design activities at the construction site, prepare for and conduct plant commissioning to ensure compliance with warranty conditions before handover to customer.
- Others tasks as assinged.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in basic process engineering within the EPC sector, specifically in chemical plants, food processing,…
- Strong understanding of process design principles, process control systems, and industry best practices.
- Good command of  English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) or Japanese (N3, N2).
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, friendly and responsible for the assigned tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams.
