* Responsibilities:
1. Accounting-related tasks (currently handled by the Japanese GD)
- Issuing invoices.
- Handling inquiries from the accounting firm.
- Banking operations: preparing fund transfer instructions for domestic and international remittances.
- Reconciling bank statements with issued invoices and confirming payment amounts.
2. Administrative tasks (currently handled by the sales)
- Arranging logistics documents related to import/export and coordinating with logistics companies.
- Preparing various documents such as monthly submission materials and contract numbering.
- Compiling sales data and other information using Excel.
