- Client: Japanese company
- Work experience in the same position: About 5 years
- English: Ability to communicate with Japanese
- Ability to use basic design tools: Revit for BIM, Autocad and Sketchup)
- Having CPR certification (Structural Design/ Level II)
- Experience in commercial facility projects
- Other design tools: Lumion, Enscape, 3D Max
