We are seeking a Admin cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and efficient sales coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
1. Administration:
- Hotel booking; Air-ticket booking.
- Control Office supplies.
- Collect invoice/receipt & request payment to accounting members.
- Applying VISA/Work-permit for Japanese members.
- Applying Office license extension.
- Liaison with government for dealing with problems (if any)
2. Coordinator:
- Receive customer PO & FC & Input into ISAS systems.
- Work out delivery schedule with fty & inform customers.
- Adjust delivery schedule with fty if customer requests.
- Coordinate with Logistics members to arrange shipments & send shipping docs to customers.
- Submit sales estimation every month-end.
- Control payment record for all transactions.
- Coordinate with salesman for issues related to quality problems, delivery problems and/or other requirements from customers.
