We are seeking a Administrative Staff member to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel arrangements, mail management, social insurance, event organization, and financial transactions.


- Coordinate hotel and airline ticket reservations for business trips.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Manage social insurance processes and documentation.
- Organize company events and support HR activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Liaise with accounting consulting firms for financial and compliance matters.
- Execute numerous bank transfers, including payments to influencers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform other general HR and administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

- About 3 years of experience in Admin.
- Good Business English level.
- Interested in Start up company.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking.
- Strong ambition.
- A person who wants to make various rules in the future as we are a start-up company.

- Working experience in a Ads agency.
- Working experience in a Japanese company.
