- Minimum 4-year university degree.
- English (Intermediate level: English documents may be required depending on the job).
- Has 3 years or more of accounting work experience.
- Those who can move to Vung Tau (near the place of work) or those who live within commuting distance and can commute by themselves.
- Experience working for a Japanese manufacturer or at least one year in Japan.
- Be honest.
- Able to tackle difficult tasks in a positive manner.
- Able to maintain order and build good relationships with others.
