Accounting Staff is responsible for handling daily accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. This role includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, and supporting the finance team in achieving smooth cash flow management.
* Responsibilities:
- Review and process documents related to Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare weekly payment schedules and ensure timely processing.
- Compile and prepare monthly cash flow reports, categorized by payment type.
- Perform bank-related tasks, including transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
