The warehouse supervisor is the person responsible for supervise operations inside the warehouse consisting of relevant functions such as: inbound, outbound, transportation or inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Minimize issues related to customers: inbound, outbound, inventory, transportation...
- Orders are prepared correctly and fully according to the customer’s requirements.
- Control and correct inventory between reality and system.
- Manage damage and miss/ loss of goods during operation.
- Inbound and outbound progressing on time and accuracy.
- Control, manage and arrange goods in the designated area.
- Ensure safety, clean environment, follow 5S standard to avoid accidents that cause lost working hours and damage to operation.
- Submit report accurately and on time as requested.
- Evaluate employee productivity under management and plan for developing their abilities.
- Other instructions and requests from the line managers include reporting, communicating, and consulting on
- Maintenance-related tasks.
- Grasp the productivity of each customer with numerical analysis which provided by warehouse manager, and improve operation productivity.
