We are seeking a Warehouse Manager Assistant to support our Japanese Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient logistics and warehousing services, as well as providing general customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Japanese warehouse manager.
- Warehouse operations management.
- General customer support.
- Japanese: Above N2 level (ability to communicate with Japanese people).
- Above 2 years of practical work experience (experience in the logistics industry or sales preferred).
- Able to flexibly respond to the ever-changing needs of customers.
- Experience of living in Japan for at least one year is preferred.
