We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our team, specializing in providing legal services to foreign investors, primarily Japanese companies, looking to establish and expand their business operations in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
- Based on the business that the client (mainly Japanese companies) wants to do, research that business, whether there are any restrictions against foreign investors, what business licenses are required to do business, and what are the conditions for obtaining those licenses.
- Carry out procedures for establishing a company in Vietnam by foreign investors, including investment registration certificates and business registration certificates.
- Apply for visas for foreigners from clients.
- Work related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), perform Legal Due Diligence, draft contracts and negotiate with partners, carry out investment procedures.
