- The main task is focusing on business law.
- General legal issues for foreign companies operating in Vietnam(Corporate law, Labor law, Commercial law).
- General support for companies entering the market (license acquisition procedures, etc.)
- Review, prepare, and translate contracts.
- Research and investigation of foreign investment regulations.
- Research on Vietnamese companies involved in M&A and participate in negotiations.

- Lawyer qualification.
- English: Business level(can speak easy understanding for foreigner).
- At least 5 -years of working experience as a lawyer (Experience in corporate general legal role is preferable).
- A graduate of an excellent class at a law school.
- Career experience with a focus on supporting foreign companies' business in Vietnam (strong experience in M&A is a plus).
- Has leadership.
- Be flexible at work.
