We are seeking a Veneer Production Manager. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of logs are selected and processed efficiently, maintaining standards and optimizing production.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming logs, assessing quality to ensure they meet company standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed quality reports on log batches received.
- Coordinate scheduling of log slicing activities with the slicing factory, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production timelines.
- Verify and adjust log cooking recipes as needed, possessing in-depth knowledge of at least 10 main species, with a focus on American and European species.
- Others will be discussed during interview.

- Must be able to grade and clip sliced veneer according to specifications.
- Extensive knowledge of veneer slicing production.
- Able to identify and resolve problems in production.
- Skilled in veneer grading, slicing, flitching, and cooking.
- Able to work long hours and handle work pressure.
- Able to work with production team and manage staff under him/ her.
- Must be able to solve problem arising from production or human error.
- Preference for Taiwanese or Chinese.
