Utilities Operator is responsible for running and maintaining utility systems such as water and effluent treatment, cooling towers, compressors, chillers, and chemical tanks.
* Responsibilities:
- Operate effluent treatment system.
- Operate water treatment system.
- Operate Cooling towers.
- Operate Air compressor and Chillers.
- Operate CO2 tank, NaOH tank.
- Carry out laboratory analysis of utilities.
- Receive chemicals.
- Prepare reagents.
- Carry out specific 5S/GMP for ETE activities.
- Operate the sludge press and drying system.
- Operate building management systems.
- High school or above (Desirable: Chemical technician)
- Language skill: be able to use English candidate is desirable but not essential
- Know the activity or 2 years as a trainee/assistant in the utilities area
- Knowledge of the Quality Tools in force in the company
- Skill with Windows tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Specific safety training for the activity and equipment
- Practical training for operation of Effluent Treatment Plant processes (Reading and Interpreting Panels, Measuring Instruments and graphics, equipment used in the WT&WWT process, risks and operation, receipt of chemical products, preparation of reagents and laboratory analysis)
