- Prepare specifications for XR and Metaverse projects.
- Confirm feasibility in collaboration with in-house technical and creative staff.
- Develop XR contents and applications using Unity and AR/VR technology, and research and development.
- Conduct overall project management, production progression, and operation and maintenance.
- Recruitment and utilization of XR engineers (interviews, evaluations, etc.)
- Education for new employees.
- Depending on their abilities, in the future they will also provide technical guidance and management as a leader of the XR engineer team.

- Experience in development and operation of XR/virtual space and 3D games using Unity.
- Experience in online event, virtual event, AR/VR/MR application development from planning to implementation.
- Able to communicate smoothly with relevant internal and external sections while making accurate judgments of the situation
- Good at multitasking.
- A sense of responsibility to complete deliverables/event implementation to the end.
- Experience in starting up a new business.
- Experience in development/production direction, budget/schedule management, etc.
- Experience in developing metaverse platforms such as VR chat and online games such as Roblox and Fortnite.
- Experience in development using cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- N2 or above
- Experience as a leader in a development environment (e.g., providing technical guidance to team members, managing tasks, etc.)
