- The position will be responsible for managing the work of workers.
- Responding to defects (confirmation of product defects, cooperation with the QC department).
- Management of processes (confirmation of processes managed by team leaders of worker).
- Improvement of work (checking the current situation in troubles, thinking about improvement measures together with the group leader of worker). 

- Japanese skill: N3 (ability to talk in Japanese).
- Work experience at manufacturing.
- Those who are interested in manufacturing.
